Here some pictures of my trip to Israel so far. No long stories just an impression:
When I was leaving from Amsterdam airport it was raining, like it was the whole last week in Holland...
But over the clouds the sun always shines, isn't it just beautiful?
First sight of Israël
Alice picked me up from the airport and after I checked in to my hotel she took me to the harbor for dinner, which was delicious!
The hotel lobby. Nice huh?
The view from my hotel room:
Today Dafne, Hagit and Hadal (not sure if I spelled the names right) showed me Jerusalem. Israelian people are so small, I feel like a giant next to them :)
We went to the arabic market
And to the place where Jesus was crucified
We got some arabic sweets
And we went to the wall where a security guard gave me a skirt to cover my knees and Hagit gave me her vest to cover my shoulders. It was quite impressive.
I never saw so much security on one day in my life. We even had to go through a metal detector to go into a shop and the trunk of the car was checked before we got into the parking garage.
You can get food here on every corner
It was such a lovely day! After the girls dropped me of at the hotel I went to MMcDonald's to get a hamburger and took it to the beach where I ate my dinner while watching the beautiful sunset
I took of my shoes and walked through the water which is sooo warm. In Holland you have to go to a tropical indoor swimming pool to get water so warm :)
So now it's about 10.45 pm. Alice is picking me up tomorrow at 8 am for the first workshop day. I'm going to bed now...
Hope to be back with more pictures soon! Bye!

This is amazing! You rock girl! Wish you a wonderful time and great workshops!

looks like you're having a great time, I remember the security from when we went, I didn't expect that much at the coast so it took some getting used to.
