What a wonderful weekend I had in Vienna!!
I had so much fun teaching with my sweet friend Nat Kalbach at the ScrapMe!-event last weekend!
We laught so much! About our friendly landlady (was she??), about the language (we had a hard time understanding it all and thought we would sound Austrian if we just put an L behind all words, workshopl, drinkl, airportl.... LOL... just kidding my Austrian friends!), about the food (wow, so much food on 1 plate!), the "Autobus(an)haltestelle" and much more!
We enjoyed the nice weather and had the chance to go into the city doing some sight seeing. Vienna is beautiful, I'd never been there, but I sure want to go back some day and enjoy the city with my family!
The students were amazing! They made us feel very welcome and they were very relaxed, no stressing out about time or about sharing products. They were definitelly "freundliche Wiener"!
The food was delicious and we stayed in a lovely "Wiener-style" pension.
Huge thanks to Conny Tannheuser who made it all possible and took so good care of us! And also a huge thank you to our wonderful group of students who I hope enjoyed the weekend just as much as I did!
Here's an impression of Vienna as seen through my Hipstamatic camera:
Lens: John S, film: Blanko, no flash
I hope you enjoyed this little tour through Vienna! Thank you for stopping by!

Zo te zien hebben jullie een geweldige tijd gehad in Wenen! Wat een geweldige foto's! Ik ga ze gebruiken om mijn moeder ervan te overtuigen dat we echt een keer naar Wenen moeten;)

Thanks for a nice and relaxing weekend, really enjoyed it. So I see you two were "chicken" and didn´t modify the landlady´s door sign :D.
Thanks for the fun & I hope you will enjoy Finland as much!
