Hi everyone and welcome to this very special edition of Crew Member Wednesday!
Today is the 25ft post of my fabulous Art Crew (can't believe how fast that went) and that together with the fact that I just recently had some new products released with Carabelle Studio I thought would be a pretty good reason to celebrate!
Therefor I decided to do a fun little challenge for our lovely group members on the BMMAC Facebook page and give them the possibility to win some lovely prizes. Not a member yet? No worries, just go to the page and join the fun!
For this special blog post I have asked my Crew Members to create something in a size or shape that they would normally not use. We challenge you to do the same! How can you play along and have a chance of winning some great prizes?
- Create something in an for you unusual shape or size using any of my products with Carabelle Studio. If you are not sure which products are mine then check them out here! Other than that you can use whatever you like as long as you don't use any stamps, stencils, embossing folders or dies from another brand.
- Create a photo album with your name on the BMMAC Facebook page here (click on the "+ create album" button at the top right corner) and add your pictures.
- Add a comment to your picture(s) telling us why this is different than usual for you.
- You have until November 1, midnight CEST (Amsterdam time) to upload your pictures.
- My crew and I will vote and pick 3 winners who can each choose one of my new stamp sets and 1 of my new stencils shown below.
Now have a look at what my amazing Art Crew created for this challenge:
Linda created a fun little bookmark. Linda works on all sizes but she not often uses different shapes to work on, she mostly works on square or rectangle backgrounds, so this shape was out of the box for her.
Hermien usually makes cards and decided to create a scrapbooking page with is quite a big bigger than the size she normally uses and she really had to step ut of her comfort zone here.
Marsha decided to go beyond the page and made an oval wall hanging which is definitely not an everyday shape to create on.
Karin also decided to go off the page and created on all sides of a wooden block.
Femke, who is a scrapbooker and usually creates on 12x12" or in a traveler note book went for a little square shaped mini album.
I just recently started to create smaller. And with smaller I mean tiny. I created a tiny little finger painted journal.
We hope you got inspired by our creations to do something out of the box yourself and play along!
It would be wonderful if you share and invite your friends to come and play with us too!
We are all very much looking forward to seeing what you create!
Thank you for stopping by and hopefully we will see you soon on BMMAC - Play Along With The Crew Members!!
Happy crafting!
