Hello and welcome to Crew Member Wednesday!!
Today it's Hermien's turn and she made some lovely cards in bright yellow and magenta, such a gorgeous color combination! She's sharing her process here with you!

It took a while to get into the inspirational mood, in fact it took so long I even dared to think that the creativity had stayed at my old home and that it was there to stay... but nonsense of course!
I made a few cards I liked (but not a lot ;-)) and then I decided to get my fingers dirty and to paint over the background was the answer. And this is the result.
First I made a background by randomly spreading paint with an old creditcard, dabbing paint through those beautiful masks and stamping the text before cutting the (300gr watercolour) paper into 6 squares.
Then I used some favorite 'Birgit' stamps and embossed those on top followed by (finger) painting around the embossed print.
Very simple but effective!
The flowers even looked like a small painting, so no extra's were added.
The hearts did get some washi tape and the 'awsome' stamp to make it complete.
I hope you like them as much as I do (or is this only a feeling of relieve after my creative melt down??? ☺☺☺)
